1. Ordering

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Varna Designer Studio.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or that we are unable to fulfil.
• Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography lighting.

2. Payment

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, and card payments via Razorpay.
• For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Varna Designer Studio does not store card or banking details.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement shall apply.

4. Returns & Cancellations

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for our return policy. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us on WhatsApp. Orders in dispatch cannot be cancelled.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, design patterns, text, logos, and brand elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Varna Designer Studio. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Varna Designer Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to courier delays, colour variations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Varna Designer Studio reserves the right to suspend accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent activity.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
