How do I place a custom order?
WhatsApp us at +91 88851 57151 with your requirements — fabric choice, colour, size, and any reference images. Our design team will guide you through the process. Custom orders usually take 7–14 working days.
What are your shipping timelines?
We offer free shipping across India on all orders. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery takes 5–10 working days for metro cities and 7–14 working days for other areas.
Do you offer customisation?
Yes! Almost all our designs can be customised — colour, blouse size, lehenga length, and embroidery placement. WhatsApp us before placing your order to confirm customisation details.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Custom-made or altered pieces cannot be returned. Exchanges for size are available — please WhatsApp us to initiate.
How do I know my correct size?
Visit our Size Guide page for detailed measurements. If you're unsure, WhatsApp us your measurements and we'll recommend the perfect fit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available on request. Please WhatsApp us for custom shipping quotes and timelines for your country.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across India, UPI payments (scan QR or pay via UPI ID), and online payments via Razorpay (all major credit/debit cards and net banking).
Can I see the outfit before purchasing?
You can visit our store in Hyderabad (Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm). We also offer WhatsApp video calls on appointment so you can see the outfit up close before ordering.
How do I track my order?
Visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and phone number. We also send your tracking number via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. WhatsApp us immediately if you wish to cancel. Orders in processing or dispatch stage cannot be cancelled.
