Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all original tags attached.
- Outfits that smell of perfume, show signs of wear, or are returned without tags will not be accepted.
- Custom-made, altered, or stitched items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Saree falls, blouse stitching, and custom embroidery additions are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges for size issues are available subject to stock availability.
- WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
- The replacement item will be dispatched once we receive and verify the original.

Ship the item to our address via any reliable courier. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Once we receive and verify the item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
